  I started going to SVZ Internal Performance (SVZ) in August of 2017, upon the urging of my husband. He had been working out with Steve, owner of SVZ, and had experienced great results. I had been suffering from chronic lower back & joint pain for many many years and tried just about everything, short of surgery. Also, having battled breast cancer back in 2015, plus treatments & six surgeries later, I was not sure what to expect from my body. Needless to say I was not in a good place.
  
  Upon meeting Steve at our first session, I quickly realized he is not your standard fitness trainer. He operates on a completely different level to anyone I have interacted with in the fitness or health industry. He is a very intelligent, curious individual and does not accept anything as the status quo. He has shown me a much better alternative to traditional exercise and backs it up with a deep understanding, extensive personal experience and real results. I would strongly recommend Steve to anyone suffering back pain (like me), muscular or joint problems, sports injuries or those wanting to get more from their bodies.
  
  Fast forward to today, 7 months later, I have seen real improvement in the way my body works. Steve’s extensive knowledge, approach, specialization in RTS & MAT, customizing “my” workouts to fit “my” biomechanical makeup, which has helped me become the strongest & healthiest version of myself I have felt in 25+ years. He insures that my workouts are extremely challenging, pushing my limits, yet I am able to recover with minimal to no discomfort between workouts. This allows me to maximize each & every workout at an optimal level on any given day. We continue to work on strength training, still discovering areas to improve upon. It’s a challenge I look forward to now & into the future.
  
  Steve’s approach shatters all connotations of “no pain no gain”. His approach shatters the “one size fits all” concept. No one program fits all!!
  
  All the above mentioned allows me to live my life, day in & day out, healthy, feeling good about myself, strengthening my muscles, with minimal to “NO” pain. It is a great place to be when you can achieve living with “NO” pain, exercising, feeling strong, being mindful & living a healthy lifestyle.
  
  I recommend highly scheduling an appointment with SVZ Internal Performance.
  
  It is a slow & steady process to progess!!
